Friday Sessions

Structured, progression-based training every Friday at the same court. Younger players locking in fundamentals. Older players sharpening the game. Same gym, same family, different journeys running side by side.

The roster shifts week to week — life happens, tournaments happen, vacations happen. That's why we built the program around a flex pack instead of a subscription. Your credits don't expire. You show up when you can show up. The work stays the same.

This isn't drop-in. It's not a clinic. It's a real commitment to getting better, on a schedule that respects the reality of being an athlete and a family.

The coaching difference

Origin's Friday Sessions are led by lead trainer Mark Maynard, on the floor for 90% of every program. Mark has been training hoopers across the GTA for more than 15 years, working with athletes from six-year-olds taking their first dribble to pros refining their game. Origin has run weekly out of the Vaughan Sportsplex for the last six years, making it one of the longest-running consistent training programs in Vaughan.

Summer Camp 2026

Two weeks of focused training at the GTA Sportsplex, delivered by pro player Dane Quest running the Origin training system. Five mornings of skill work, game IQ, and competitive reps — for players ages 8–18 who are serious about getting better.

Week 1: July 6–10 · Week 2: August 10–14 Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 1 PM · $199 per week · 20 spots per week
