Origin Summer Camp 2026 — Vaughan Sportsplex
Five mornings. Four hours a day. Real development.
One camp week left this summer. The Origin Summer Camp is a week of focused, expert-led training at the Vaughan Sportsplex, built for players ages 8–18 who are serious about getting better. The camp is delivered by professional player Dane Quest, running Origin's training framework: skill development, game IQ, competitive reps, and character on and off the court. Your player doesn't watch a pro from the bleachers. They train with one, every morning.

The Coach
Dane Quest, professional basketball player. Dane is living proof of where the work leads. He put in the years most players talk about, and at 25 he's earning a living playing the game. He has coached with Origin at our camps and clinics, and in August the floor is his: every morning, every drill, delivered by Dane running the Origin training system. Campers don't only meet a pro. They train with one, learn how he works, and see what the standard actually looks like.
The camp curriculum is built by Mark Maynard, Lead Trainer of Origin Sports Academy: the same development framework behind every Origin program.
What a Morning Looks Like

- 12:45 — Wrap-up: the day's lesson, the standard for tomorrow
Four hours. No wasted minutes.
FAQ
Does my player need experience?
No. The camp meets every player where they are and demands their best from there.
What should campers bring?
Basketball shoes, a water bottle, and a snack. We handle the rest.
I missed the July week. Is August the same camp?
Yes. Same framework, same coach, same standard. August 10–14 is the last week we're running this summer.
My player came in July. Is there a reason to come back?
Yes. The week builds differently, and returning campers get more reps with the coaching staff.
What's the refund policy?
Registration holds your player's spot for the full week. Missed days aren't refunded. If an injury keeps your player off the floor, reach out to Coach Mark directly and we'll take care of you.
